Gendermom’s daughter M. was born a boy. He knew early on that he should have been born a girl. Gendermom writes anonymously about the challenges and joys of raising M. Your son approached you at age three to tell you he believed that he should have been born a girl. How did you come to terms with him as a transgender person?
